What is the R-Value and why does it matter?+

An R-value measures an insulation product's thermal resistance. The higher the R-value, the more effective it is at keeping heat out in summer and trapping it during winter. However, R-value alone doesn't guarantee performance — factors like air leakage and moisture permeance also matter, which is where spray foam excels.

How does spray foam compare to traditional batts?+

While traditional batts are cheaper upfront, they leave gaps, sag over time, and can lose up to 50% of their R-value when improperly installed. Spray foam expands to fill every gap, creating a continuous air and moisture barrier that won't diminish over the lifetime of your building.

Is spray foam insulation safe for my family?+

Absolutely. Once cured, spray polyurethane foam is inert and non-toxic. It actually improves indoor air quality by sealing out allergens, pollutants, and moisture that cause mould growth. During application, our certified installers follow strict safety protocols.

How long does installation take?+

Most residential projects are completed in a single day. Larger commercial jobs may take 2–3 days depending on the scope. Our three custom-built vehicle-based spray rigs allow us to tackle projects of any size efficiently.

What's the difference between open cell and closed cell foam?+

Open cell foam is lighter, flexible, provides a complete air seal and acoustic benefit and is suitable for most residential applications at a lower price point. Closed cell foam is denser, allows a higher R -value in s smaller cavity and provides a neater finish for projects where foam can be seen.
